A second man has died as a result of a samurai sword attack in Belfast.

Colin “Bap” Lindsay, a veteran of the Ulster Defence Association, died in the same incident, on the Belvoir housing estate.

On Friday morning, Albert Armstrong, 46, appeared in court charged with the murder of Lindsay and the attempted murder of Wrightman. He was remanded in custody to appear before court again via videolink on 7 August.
