The victim, Taye Faik, was attacked and died of his injuries in Kendal Gardens, Edmonton late on October 1.

He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday.

Previously, Bernard Carroll, 19, of Church Street, Edmonton, was arrested on November 6 and later charged.

He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday, February 2.

A post-mortem examination on Wednesday, October 4 established the cause of Taye’s death as sharp force trauma to the chest.

A 16-year-old girl who was previously arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail.

Three other people - a 20-year-old man, and two 22-year-old women - were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. All have been bailed.

Met Detective Inspector Ben Dalloway said: “I’d like to thank the members of the public who have come forward to speak to us so far.
