Police have charged a second man with the murder of Dinh Lam Nguyen, whose body was found wrapped in plastic inside a wheelie bin in a West Australian dam.
Members of the public discovered the body of Mr Nguyen, 51, inside the partially-submerged bin on January 25 at Glen Brook Dam in the John Forrest National Park, east of Perth.
A 28-year-old Mahogany Creek man was charged days later with murder.
WA Police on Thursday said a 30-year-old Greenmount man had also been charged with Mr Nguyen's murder following further investigations.
He was refused bail and will face Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Mr Nguyen's car was found burnt out in bushland in nearby Chidlow. Detectives received information that helped them find it after publicly identifying Mr Nguyen.
It is believed Mr Nguyen, who was known to police, was last seen on January 20 in Balga, where he lived.
Police last month said Mr Nguyen was reported missing by an associate on January 22, but the information provided at the time "did not suggest he was in any imminent danger".
"Inquiries conducted by police in relation to the missing person report over the following days did not identify any possible locations where Mr Nguyen may have travelled," WA Police said in a statement.
Homicide detectives appealed for information regarding his movements in the days before his body being discovered, as well as the location of his car.
