A second man has been arrested for attempted murder after a shooting outside an inner Brisbane convenience store.

Queensland Police said they have charged a 32-year-old Bowen Hills man.

He is the second man to be arrested after a 34-year-old man was shot in the stomach outside a Spring Hill convenience store early on Monday.

A 33-year-old Camp Hill man was charged earlier this week.

It's believed all three men know each other.

Police said on Monday the 34-year-old parked his car outside the convenience store about 2am on Monday and got into a green Holden sedan where two others were waiting.

The man was then shot but was able to get out before being rushed to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital where he underwent surgery for non-life threatening injuries.

A Green Holden sedan was later found burnt out at Nudgee Beach about 4am on Monday.

The 32-year-old man was charged with attempted murder, two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, arson and a range of other weapons and drugs charges.

He is set to be refused bail when he appears in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday.

The 33-year-old man faced court on Wednesday after being charged with one count each of attempted murder, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and arson of a motor vehicle.
