A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Scots dad Lee Small.
Officers have arrested and charged a 30-year-old in connection with his death.
He is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, 13 September.
On Wednesday, 8 September, police were called to a property on Ballindean Terrace, following a report of a man with serious injuries.
40-year-old dad Lee Small was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 27-year-old man has already appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court charged with murder as well as assaulting or impeding a police officer.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Second man arrested and charged in connection with the death of man in Ballindean Terrace, Dundee
"Officers in Dundee have arrested and charged a second man, a 30-year-old, in connection with a death in the city.

"Around 2.55pm on Wednesday, 8 September, police were called to a property on Ballindean Terrace, following a report of a man with serious injuries, 40-year-old Lee Small, was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The 30-year-old man is due to appear at Dundee Sherriff Court on Monday, 13 September."
Mr Small's family made a statement on Friday which said: "Lee was a much loved son, father, brother, cousin, uncle and friend to many.
"His loss will be sorely felt by us all. We would ask that we are given privacy to come to terms with our loss at this time."
