A second man has been arrested in connection with the death of Alan Ritchie at a flat in the Carnwardric area of Glasgow.
A murder investigation was launched after the 61-year-old was violently attacked at his home on Kennishead Avenue on March 10.
Emergency services were called but Alan died a short time after they arrived.
The 49-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with the death and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal. He will appear in court today.
A 31-year-old man was also arrested and charged with the man's death earlier this week. He appeared in court on Tuesday.
