TEAM NEEDS

Cornerback
The Seahawks lost Justin Coleman in free agency. Seattle did re-sign Akeem King to a one-year deal, but he’s only played in 21 games in his career. Shaquill Griffin and Tre Flowers are both young cornerback with plenty of upside, but Seattle lacks depth and talent, primarily in the slot.
Defensive Line
The Seahawks managed to bring back Frank Clark, but the team also lost some pieces. Seattle lost defensive tackle Shamar Stephen in free agency and it’s almost certain that Dion Jordan will be on a new team in 2019, too. Rookies from 2018, Poona Ford and Rasheem Green, appear ready to step it up another notch. But the Seahawks will have to get bigger and faster up front.
Wide Receiver
Tyler Lockett had the best year of his career in 2018. Meanwhile, quarterback Russell Wilson’s go-to target Doug Baldwin did well, but he was hampered by injuries all season. The No. 3 option on the team, David Moore, is under contract through the 2019 season. The Seahawks will almost certainly be hunting for playmakers at the position.
Offensive Line
Russell Wilson was sacked a career-high 51 times in 2018. Tackle Germain Ifedi has been a big issue at the right tackle position. The Seahawks re-signed guard D.J. Fluker to a two-year deal and inked Mike Iupati to a one-year deal, but it doesn’t mean that they’re set on the interior long term.
