'Season over' - Nottingham Forest fans react to Samba Sow update

The major Nottingham Forest injury issue for Tuesday evening's trip to Cardiff City is midfielder Samba Sow.

Sow missed Saturday's 0-0 draw with QPR - and while there was no guarantee that his presence would've turned the game around for the Reds, he certainly was a miss.

Tiago Silva took on the responsibility of a deeper role early in the game, and did the best he could against a resilient QPR.

Fans weren't best pleased with Sow's initial absence from the Forest lineup - and with this latest injury news, some are worried.

Here's the reaction of Forest fans.

Phil: Oh dear. Season over.

Shane: It's a massive pity Sow is so injury prone.

@SarcasticForest: Not having sow actually benefitted us, we just didn’t take advantage of the first half and the second was just so toothless.

Kazza: What’s wrong with Sow this time? Good player but very injury prone!

Antonio: Grabban struggling, Lolley not firing on all cylinders and Sow the man who can't play a few games without getting injured. Playoffs won't happen unless things change drastically.

Andrew: Why does Forest not win when Sow doesn’t play?

Jones: Sabri’s update on Sow is a massive blow.

@CityGroundShelf: Can see Forest getting a result Tuesday night to. Need Sow back however.
