Search efforts are continuing today for a hill walker who was reported missing in Co Mayo on Monday.
The man, aged in his mid-30s, was climbing Mweelrea mountai, outside Westport in Co Mayo when the alarm was raised.
A multi-agency operation has been under way as efforts continue to locate the missing hiker.
Efforts to locate the man resumed at first light today, almost two days since he was last seen.
The man is understood to be from the Mayo/Galway area but has been living in the UK.
Mayo Mountain Rescue said today that the man took a photo of himself on the summit of Mweelrea at around 3.30pm on Monday.
This is believed to be his last known contact, with the climber's family unable to contact him in the days since.

The search and rescue operation is being carried out by Mayo Mountain Rescue, gardai, the Coast Guard and local volunteers.
Galway mountain rescue were also tasked to assist in the search for the missing man yesterday, with team vehicles and volunteers helping in the operation.
Members of the Civil Defense have also joined the search.
It is hoped that Rescue 118 from Sligo can also help in locating the hiker after weather conditions around the mountain hampered search efforts yesterday.
Mweelrea mountain is Connacht's highest mountain and covers around 25 sq km.
A garda spokesperson said they had no further updates on the operation this morning other than the search is ongoing.
They told the Irish Mirror yesterday: ""A search and rescue operation involving Gardaí, Mayo Mountain Rescue and Coast Guard commenced shortly after 9pm on Monday 16th August when a hill walker was reported lost on Mweelrea Mountain.
"The operation ceased at 2am this morning but has since recommenced."
