UPDATE: He has now been found.
Police have launched an appeal to find a missing four-year-old boy from Co Derry.
Officers are looking for Malachi McCready of the Drumbane Road area of Swatragh and are asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to contact them urgently on 999.
The four-year-old was last seen wearing his St John's Primary Schooll uniform which consists of green trousers and a navy blue jacket.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are searching for 4 year old Malachi McCready in the Drumbane Road area of Swatragh. Malachi is wearing St John's primary school uniform which is green trousers and a navy blue jacket.
"If you see Malachi please contact us urgently on 999."
