Search launched to find Britain’s best home gym during lockdown

When the UK went into lockdown, sales of fitness equipment went through the roof as people tried to recreate their state of the art commercial gyms at home - albeit on a smaller scale.

As PT’s offered online Zoom training sessions and set up YouTube channels to keep the nation’s gym-goers motivated, some Brits have taken it to the next level and created their own workout space - indoors and out.

And now, personal training insurance provider, Protectivity, has launched a new competition to find Britain’s best home gym.

They are encouraging fitness fans to send in photos of their gym setup, from the lucky few who got their hands on kettlebells, benches, dumbbells and running machines to those who have been super creative, making equipment from household items.

To celebrate the best home gym, Protectivity is giving away a year’s subscription of protein snacks from BodBox.

Every month the winner will receive a box of protein snacks totalling a yearly cost of £300.

To enter the competition, visit the Protectivity website here and fill out the entry form - including the best pictures of your home gym.

The competition closes on Friday, July 17.

Full terms and conditions of the competition can be found on the entry form here.
