Search launched for missing man, 28, last seen at Paisley pub

A search has been launched for a 28-year-old man reported missing from his home in Spateston, Renfrewshire, on Sunday (March 31).

Concern is growing for Mark Taylor, who may have been spotted twice since he disappeared, according to Police Scotland .

The first possible sighting was in Renfrew and the other was at De Beers, a bar in Paisley’s High Street, around midnight on the day of his disappearance.

He is 5ft7 in height, slim, with blonde or fair hair and blue eyes. Mark was last seen wearing a blue top, blue jeans and grey trainers.

Sergeant Kevin Carter, of Renfrew Police Station, said: “I would ask anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mark to call police on 101.

“Mark's family and the police are becoming increasingly concerned and are we looking for the public to be vigilant in order to help us find him.”

UPDATE: Mark has been found safe and well. Police thanked members of the public for their help.
