Search launched for missing 12-year-old boy last seen in school uniform

Police are concerned for the safety of a missing 12-year-old boy who was last seen wearing his school uniform.

Cameron Rook was reported missing from the Carlton area on Friday, April 26 at around 5pm.

Officers say he was wearing grey trousers, a white shirt and a black blazer with the Carlton Academy badge on the pocket.

He was also carrying a black rucksack with him.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: "Cameron is described as white, of medium build and is around 5ft 7ins tall. He has short brown hair.

"If you have seen Cameron or have any information about his whereabouts, please contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 603 of 26 April 2019."
