The winner - voted by you - will receive a £1,000 prize and a special TeamDogs trophy to show off.
There will also be two Highly Commended awards and regional winners.
It could be an independent groomer that always makes your dog feel super special, a training centre that has transformed the life of your puppy, or a vet that took such good care of your older dog that you want to share them with the world.
Nominees must either have set up their business in the past three years - or have become dog-friendly during the same timescale.
