Missing teenager Felix Johnson who left Leadgate home in early hours of the morning is found

A teenage boy who left his home in the early hours of the morning has now been found.

An appeal was launched by Durham Constabulary to find Felix Johnson who had gone missing from the Leadgate area.

The 14-year-old had last been seen at his home in Leadgate at approximately 5am on Sunday.

He was described as potentially wearing a dark green t-shirt with holes in and carrying a black handbag.

Officers believed he met a 15-year-old girl called Michaela Owen.

Both children were found fit and well on Sunday afternoon.
