A 16-year-old girl who went missing from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, on Sunday (August 2) is now believed to have travelled to Leeds.
North Yorkshire Police said on Wednesday (August 5) that they were growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Casey Ackerley, who is described as white, approximately 5 ft 6in tall and of slim build.
She has very long, light brown hair and was last seen wearing a salmon pink coloured tracksuit and white trainers.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said earlier in the week that she "may have stayed in a number of hotels" in Leeds.
The force have now officially transferred the case to West Yorkshire Police.
