Search for missing 20-year-old after 'out-of-character' disappearance

Police are appealing for information after a 20-year-old man has gone missing. Connor Boggon, from Merthyr, was last seen on Sunday, February 23 at around 4.30am and his disappearance is being described as "out-of-character".

On Facebook, South Wales Police said: "We are appealing for help to locate missing Merthyr man, Connor Baggon.

"Connor, 20, was last seen in the Dowlais area at around 4.30am today.

"Connor is 5ft 8’in tall, and was last seen wearing a navy blue Moncler puffa jacket with black panels on the shoulders.

"His disappearance and lack of contact are described as out of character and both Connor’s family and officers are growing concerned for his welfare."

Police are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 101, quoting reference 2000066493.

Connor is also urged to make contact with either the police or his family to confirm he is safe and well.
