Police were searching for an 18-year-old mother and her newborn son who haven't been seen in three days.
Kashalea Storm James and her four-week-old son, Jayden, were last seen in Anfield in Liverpool on Friday, February 21.
Kashalea has links to Wales and often visits here.
On Tuesday, Kashalea's mother informed the Liverpool Echo that Kashalea and her son Jayden had been found after they reportedly walked into a police station.
She is described as white, 5ft 4in tall, medium build with shoulder length dark brown hair with highlights, blue eyes and wears glasses.
She speaks with a Liverpool accent.
She was last seen wearing blue denim jeans, a black North Face coat and trainers. Her baby Jayden was in a black pram.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "Kashalea often frequents the Anfield area, Liverpool, Widness, Birkenhead, Birmingham and Wales.
"Anyone who has seen Kashalea or knows her whereabouts is urged to contact @MerPolCC, 101 or via the Missing People on 116000."
