Search continuing for man who disappeared from Glasgow hospital a month ago

Police are still searching for a man who disappeared from hospital a month ago.

Steven Swinfen was last seen around 4pm on Monday, March 16, in the grounds of Gartnavel Hospital before being spotted in Partick a few weeks later.

The 34-year-old is thought to be travelling by bike and has links to both Partick and the Lanarkshire areas.

Steven is described as around 5ft 9in tall, of medium build with short black hair.

When last seen, he was wearing a blue jumper, grey trousers and black trainers with white soles.

Inspector Gavin Smith said: “We still have concerns for Steven’s welfare and are appealing for information to help trace him safe and well.

"I ask anyone who has seen someone matching this description or has any information relating to Steven's whereabouts to get in contact with police.

"I'd also ask Steven himself to contact us to let us know he is safe and well."

Police Scotland can be contacted on 101 quoting incident number 2447 of 16 March
