An 11-year-old girl has gone missing in Geelong, sparking a search and an appeal for public help.
April was last seen at her home in the Victorian regional town on Sunday morning.
"Police and family are concerned for April as she suffers from a number of medical conditions and may be disorientated," Victoria Police said in a statement.
