Seann Walsh crudely joked that snogging Katja Jones during their illicit boozy night last year was like kissing "a gay man's wife".
The comedian, who starred on Strictly Come Dancing 2018 with Katya, made a series of cruel quips aimed at her and estranged husband Neil Jones, who announced their separation on Sunday .
On stage at his Edinburgh Fringe festival stand-up gig just hours later, Seann told fans at the Pleasance Dome: "I am aware they announced they are splitting up. I have no reaction.”
But he added: "I will see you in hell."
Seann also joked about ending up in bed with the Russian professional dancer after their bombshell snog pictures went viral.
Talking of the week after the snaps were published, he said: "On the Friday I am in the hotel so the paps can't find me – secret location, very showbiz.
"I get into bed and ask Katya to pass me the remote."
He added to laughter: "The year I've had? I can make that joke!"
When one member of the audience called out he was a "f**king legend", Seann shot back: "Where were you 10 months ago? I f**king needed you."
The stand-up comic also compared his and Katya's sensuous Strictly routines to being "like ejaculating" and said he loved "the buzz".
It came after a spokeswoman for Katya and Neil insisted Seann had nothing to do with the couple's split, which came just two weeks after they celebrated six years of marriage.
In a statement that appeared on both their Instagrams, the Strictly stars said: "As our fans and loyal supporters you are really important to us and so we wanted to let you know some news.
"After 11 years, we have made the mutual decision to separate.
"We will always love each other, just in a different way as friends. This will never change what a great team we make and we are really proud of everything we have achieved together."
They added: "Our shared love of dance means we will keep working and dancing together as well as exploring individual projects. No matter what we do we will always support and respect each other.
"We wish one another every happiness and we will remain the best of friends. We are really looking forward to getting back to the ballroom and can't wait to keep on dancing."
Katya has already removed her wedding ring and flashed her bare left hand in a picture of her wearing a fabulous feathered dress at rehearsal.
