Leeds United are reported to be interested in signing Wigan Athletic prospect Sean McGurk.
The teenager is out of contract at the end of this season and could leave the Latics as the League One club continue to battle financial problems.
Leeds snapped up fellow youngster Joe Gelhardt from Wigan last summer - and could go down a similar path, it would seem.
So, what more do we know about McGurk and the transfer interest in him?
The 17-year-old is an attacking midfielder who has come through the youth ranks at Wigan.
He is yet to feature for the first team - but has caught the eye for the under-18s, where he has proved a prolific goalscorer.
McGurk hit the headlines after scoring against Manchester United in the FA Youth Cup last term.
The Liverpool fan scored in front of the Stretford End at Old Trafford and celebrated with a "six times" gesture - a reference to the number of times the Reds have been crowned champions of Europe.
He ended up on the losing side that evening as Wigan were beaten 2-1 - but McGurk certainly enjoyed his moment, and winding up a few United fans along the way.
According to The Sun, Leeds have had a bid for McGurk rejected - but could well return with an improved offer.
It is not clear how much it would take to land the player, other than a six-figure fee.
McGurk could technically leave for "free" in the summer, though due to his age, Wigan would be entitled to compensation in that event.
Scottish giants Celtic and Rangers have also been credited with an interest in the highly-rated teen.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard is said to know McGurk from his time coaching at the Liverpool youth academy.
Wigan lost 25 players at the end of last season - either released or sold - after going into administration.
While Gelhardt joined Leeds, another Latics prospect Alfie Devine signed for Tottenham and, on Sunday, became the club's youngest first-team player and goalscorer in the FA Cup third round win at non-League Marine.
