Sean McComb gives hilarious 'cauliflower a**e' prediction ahead of title fight

There's rarely a dull moment when Sean McComb is about.

'The Public Nuisance' returns to the ring this weekend in a big European title fight against Zsolt Osadan at the SSE Arena.

It is McComb's first shot at a professional belt and he is confident of getting the job done in style.

The stakes are high, but McComb was in typical relaxed mood ahead of Saturday's showdown.

McComb said at Thursday's press conference: "Fighting for a title has been long overdue. I had a setback against Gavin Gwynne but there were a lot of factors.

"It was lockdown and there was a lot going on, but I have put that behind me. I have a new coach in Pete Taylor and a new stable, and I now know what my style of boxing is.

"This is the most consistent I have been doing it as a professional, and this is the perfect time for me to have a title fight.

"It is new territory for Osadan. He is coming to Belfast where the atmosphere is unbelievable. Even when I fought early on the undercard, the atmosphere is still unbelievable.

"So it is new territory for him, and for me but it is something I will thrive on. I will thrive on the atmosphere and the support I receive from the Belfast crowd.

"And he has never been in the ring with a 6ft southpaw who can box, can fight, box at distance. I believe I am a universal fighter and he will find out on Saturday night.

"Winning this title will make me recognised within the WBO, and right now I know I belong in the top tier of boxing. The better opponent, the better I will be."

And asked for a prediction on the fight, McComb delivered an instant - and hilarious - response: "I believe I am going to send Osadan back to Slovakia with a cauliflower a**e."
