As jurors continue to deliberate on one pending charge in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal trial in New York, the disgraced hip hop mogul has been hit with a new AUD$15 million lawsuit, alleging assault, negligence and sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Per Variety, former model and actor Edmond Laurent — who once appeared in Dr Dre, Britney Spears and Lil’ Kim music videos — has filed a 32-page complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court against Combs, detailing a series of alleged incidents in the late 2000s.
He alleges he was drugged and raped by Combs and a mystery woman, who he claims purposefully punctured a hole in the condom with her nails, exposing him to a sexually transmitted disease. Per the lawsuit, he suffered severe health issues including stomach cancer, resulting from the alleged abuse.
In another encounter with the pair, Laurent alleges his drink was spiked with Rohypnol and ketamine, and when he regained consciousness, he was naked on a bed covered in baby oil, and felt “immense pressure and pain in his rectum”.

In the complaint, Laurent states he was signed to a modelling and talent agency Latin Connection in the late 2000s, where he was booked on jobs as an extra in films and music videos, and as male entertainment performing at bachelorette parties.
He said he met Combs when he was booked for a bachelorette party at an LA hotel. Upon arriving, he found Combs and a woman wearing masks, and they wanted a private dance.
“Seeing nothing wrong with the request, Plaintiff proceeded to perform. After the performance, he was paid and left,” the lawsuit detailed.
Some days later, he received another call from the woman, and returned to dance for the couple. He alleges he was propositioned for sexual intercourse, and Combs noted “how much pleasure he derived from watching another man ‘fuck’ his girl”. Laurent agreed, and was paid an additional AUD$1,500 for the act.
The lawsuit claims the woman continued to contact Laurent, and in another meeting, the couple unmasked themselves and asked him to apply “an excessive amount of baby oil”.
“They offered him a drink, which he tasted and quickly declined, informing them that at that time he did not want to consume alcohol. Jane Doe then offered him cocaine, ecstasy and GHB, all of which Plaintiff declined, reiterating that he did not use drugs,” the complaint states, per Variety.
“Combs … insisted that Plaintiff be on the same ‘frequency’ as they were, demanding that he take at least one shot of alcohol to ‘lighten up.’ Plaintiff, reluctant but under pressure, obliged.”

The alleged rape took place a few months later, per the lawsuit. Laurent claims he was asked to remove his condom while having sex with the woman, and when he refused, Combs and the woman said they had been recently tested.
“They even went so far as to produce what they claimed to be valid blood work results as evidence that Jane Doe was STD and STI free,” the suit states.
But Jane Doe later reached down and broke the condom with her fingernails while they were having sex, and Laurent “struggled to fully resist or leave” due to the effects of the drugged baby oil.
The mystery woman, whose identity remains unknown to Laurent, is also listed in the legal action, along with nine other Jane and John Does whom he alleges participated in, aided, or otherwise contributed to the acts. He alleges they “controlled access, security, and medical supplies (drinks, oils) within private suites” and “cleaned evidence, ignored loud disturbances, and refused to summon help”.
The former actor and model is represented by Tyrone Blackburn and Rodney Diggs, attorneys in another high-profile case filed against Combs last year on behalf of Lil Rodney, who alleges sexual harassment, sexual assault, and failure to pay him.
“This lawsuit is not just about seeking justice for one man — it is about holding powerful individuals accountable when they use their influence to exploit, degrade, and destroy lives behind closed doors,” Diggs told Variety.
“For years, Mr. Laurent suffered in silence — his career, body and spirit irreparably damaged by the trauma he endured. Today, that silence ends. No amount of fame, fortune, or intimidation should shield anyone from being held responsible for their actions.”

The lawsuit also lays some blame on the hotels where the alleged incidents took place, explaining management “ordered immediate clean-up rather than an investigation” after housekeeping noticed drug paraphernalia and significant quantities of baby oil. It also states there were reports of physical altercations and noise complaints, but no official reports were filed with law enforcement.
Per the lawsuit, Laurent suffers PTSD, panic disorder, and gastrointestinal issues stemming directly from his encounters with the couple. He is seeking USD$10 million (AUD$15.2 million) in damages.
Last week, TMZ reported the disgraced rapper is also being sued by a man who claims he was drugged and raped by Combs in 2021. He alleges he woke up to a hand unbuckling his belt, and a man’s voice — who he believes was Combs — told him “you’re about to get that Diddy love”.
The man, Brandon Adams, claims he tried to confront the rapper but was intercepted by security guards, and later told to sign an NDA. Per TMZ, he is suing the rapper for sexual assault and battery, and gender violence, among other charges.
