Sean 'Diddy' Combs has responded to claims of gang rape made against him in 2003, denying any involvement in the alleged incident. In a filing in New York, Combs refuted the accusations, stating that he was not aware of any misconduct related to the plaintiff. He also disputed the authenticity and timing of the photographs presented in the complaint.

The lawsuit, filed by a Jane Doe, accused Combs, his collaborator Harve Pierre, and an unidentified man of gang rape and sex trafficking. Combs is seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed, arguing that the Victims Gender-Motivated Violence Act is unconstitutional.

Combs' denial of the allegations comes amidst a wave of accusations against him and his associates. This includes a previous lawsuit filed by another Jane Doe alleging sexual assault by Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall over 30 years ago. Additionally, Combs reached a settlement with singer Cassie Ventura following her lawsuit accusing him of rape, sex trafficking, and domestic violence.

Pierre, who also faced allegations of grooming, sexual harassment, and assault, denied any involvement in the sexual assault of the plaintiff. Combs' company, Bad Boy Entertainment, has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

The plaintiff's lawyer criticized Combs' response, calling it a desperate attempt to defend against the allegations. The legal battle continues as both parties present their arguments in court.
