The Seattle Seahawks reversed their losing streak last Sunday, beating the San Francisco 49ers at Lumen Field in front of a very-relieved home crowd.
Although they still have a losing record on the season, the win did bump the Seahawks up three spots in Touchdown Wire’s Week 14 NFL power rankings.
“Some signs of life from Pete Carroll’s crew, even though anything productive this season is still a longshot from happening,” writes Nick Wojton. “QB Russell Wilson & Co. do deserve credit for topping a hot team in the 49ers, 30-23.”
The Seahawks are actually heavily favored for this week in Houston when they are slated to face off against the Texans. Perhaps another victory is in the cards?
