The Seattle Seahawks had been favorites in every game they’d played so far this season. Heading into Week 4 they’re considered the underdogs, though. According to Tipico Sportsbook. the San Francisco 49ers are favored by 2.5 points for this weekend’s NFC West clash in Santa Clara.
On the bright side, Seattle has owned this rivalry for much of the Russell Wilson era, taking 13 of the last 15 matchups with the Niners. The most recent one was a three-point victory in January. Wide receiver Tyler Lockett almost single-handedly defeated the 49ers in that contest, posting 12 catches, 90 yards and two touchdowns.
Both teams lost their Week 3 games.
