Seahawks to host Idaho LB Kaden Elliss on predraft visit

Despite having perhaps the greatest linebacker corps in franchise history, the Seattle Seahawks continue to visit with linebackers who are hoping to hear their name called on draft day.

The latest is Kaden Elliss, who had an accomplished career at the University of Idaho and whose father was two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Luther Elliss.

Like many of the linebackers Seattle has visited with, including Ty Summers, Jahlani Tavai and Justin Hollins, Elliss projects more as a situational edge rusher or special teams contributor, and less as a starting linebacker.

Elliss is similar to current Seahawk Jacob Martin, an undersized linebacker with a high-motor and a nose for the quarterback.

If he goes undrafted, Seattle is a good destination for Elliss to come into training camp and learn the ropes from coach Ken Norton jr.
