Seahawks set for mandatory minicamp June 11-13

The Seattle Seahawks wrapped up their tenth and final organized team activity on Thursday and the practice was open to the media. With OTAs officially in the rear-view mirror, the squad will next reconvene for the mandatory minicamp June 11-13.

Per Article 22 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, NFL clubs may hold one mandatory minicamp for veteran players which must be held during Phase Three of the offseason workouts.

The NFL Players Association has a nice breakdown of the dos and don’ts of minicamps.

Players can report for physicals on Monday but are not allowed to practice. Practices can only be on Tuesdays through Thursdays with a day off on Friday. Two sessions totaling 3.5 hours on the field per day are allowed, but the second practice must consist of walk-through activities only.

Here is the Seahawks schedule for next week:

Tuesday, June 11

1:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.              Practice

Wednesday, June 12

1:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.              Practice

Thursday, June 13

11:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.          Practice
