Seahawks receiver Jaron Brown logs 2 touchdowns in win over Browns

Seahawks wide receiver Jaron Brown is finally getting some looks his way. Brown accounted for both of Seattle’s receiving touchdowns Week 6 against the Cleveland Browns.

After five years with the Cardinals, Brown signed with the Seahawks as a free agent in 2018 and appeared in all 16 games for Seattle. Brown had posted just eight receptions for 116 yards and no scores through five outings played this season.

Brown’s first touchdown of the day came in the final seconds of the first half on a 17-yard pass from Russell Wilson. The Seahawks could have tied up the game before the break but running back C.J. Prosise was stopped and the two-point conversion attempt failed.

However, Brown and the other Seahawks receivers were able to debut a new touchdown celebration dance.

Brown’s second score of the game was courtesy of a six-yard toss from Wilson in the middle of the third quarter.

Brown finished Week 6 tallying three receptions on five targets for 29 yards and two touchdowns.
