New Seahawks defensive end Ezekiel Ansah’s biggest priority during the offseason is rehabbing his shoulder so that he will hopefully be healthy in time for Week 1 of the regular season – his first with Seattle.
However, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have time to give back to his community, as evidenced by the photos on his Instagram account of a camp he held in his home country of Ghana.
Ansah hosted this camp for the third year, and it has continued to grow in popularity as locals flock to learn more about football from one of the country’s biggest stars.
Pictures show local children listening to Ansah and participating in various drills and combine exercises, including the vertical jump.
Ansah, 30, is expected to be ready to go by the regular season, although coach Pete Carroll made it clear that they are not planning to rush him once training camp kicks off on July 24.
