Seahawks anticipate LT Duane Brown, S Bradley McDougald will play vs. Cardinals

The Seattle Seahawks had a couple of starting players leave their Week 3 game against the New Orleans Saints with injuries. However, both are expected to be available in Week 4 when the Seahawks take on the Arizona Cardinals on the road.

Starting left tackle Duane left the game on Sunday against the Saints in the second half. It is not serious, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll told reporters on Tuesday.

“He’s got a sore bicep,” he said. “There’s a little bit of a strain there. We just have to wait and see. We’ll hold him out a little bit. He says, and we’re thinking that he’ll play. We’ll see by the end of the week.”

McDougald suffered an ankle injury against the Saints. He was able to return to the game but he probably will miss some practice time this week.

“It’s a slight sprain — ankle,” he said. “He’s moving around okay. He’s got a chance.”

The first injury report of the week will not come out until Wednesday for either team.
