Sea Sessions line up 2019: Who is playing at the Bundoran, Co Donegal festival this year?

Sea Sessions is back this weekend and hitting Bundoran in Co Donegal from this Friday.

The annual three day festival is set to start on June 21, with gates opening at 6pm.

Among many Irish acts playing at the festival, Sea Sessions will feature Sigrid, Clean Bandit and Two Door Cinema Club.

Festival director Ray O’Donoghue said: “We’re delighted to have booked such a strong bunch of acts and we’ve a couple of surprises still up our sleeves.

“Sigrid is a bonafide Pop-Star in the making, Clean Bandit have a bunch of huge hits and we’re big fans of Two Door Cinema Club. Last year was unbelievable and probably the best Sea Sessions yet, we’re hoping we can go one better again for 2019. Bring on the summer.”

Friday night will see headliner Sigrid take to the stage alongside The Magician,

The Sugarhill Gang with Grandmster Melle Mel and Scorpio and Chasing Abbey.

Clean Bandit are then hitting the main stage on Saturday for their turn at headlining the festival and will be joined by Jax Jones, Wild Youth and Hermitage Green.

The Sunday night will see Two Door Cinema Club close the festival and they will be joined by Irish singer Dermot Kennedy, Jerry Fish and The 2 Johnnies.

Exact stage times haven’t been released yet but as a rough estimate, the festival aims to finish at around 1am and last entries into the grounds is at 10pm each night.
