The sun is expected to be shining high at Sea Sessions as it kicks off this Friday.
The weather forecast for this weekend is said to be very dry in most areas with the best of the sun hitting in the mornings and evenings.
There will be some periods of clouds on Friday with a few showers affecting the northern coast.
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Many places looking dry on Friday, but a few showers may affect northern and Atlantic coastal counties.
"The best of the sunshine will be through the morning and evening hours, with cloudy periods during the afternoon. Highs of 15C to 19 degrees with light winds and sea breezes.
"Mainly dry on Friday night with just isolated light showers. Lows of 6C to 9C with light southeast breezes developing.”
Saturday’s weather is looking up as most of the country remains dry however more clouds are to develop.
A little drizzle is to develop in the south but is unlikely to impact on the Bundoran festival.
The sun will only be making a small appearance at the festival as rain is set for the Sunday.
The forecaster said: “Becoming rather damp or wet by Sunday with outbreaks of rain feeding up from the south in a humid southeasterly airflow.
“The rain likely to become heavy and persistent through the late afternoon and evening.”
It may be a bit cloudy and at times a bit damp but don’t worry about getting cold here as temperatures are set to hit up to 20 degrees over the weekend.
Lowest temperatures during the day are set to be 15 degrees with them dropping to 6 to 9 degrees overnight.
