Sea Life Loch Lomond set to reopen next week

Sea Life at Loch Lomond Shores is set to reopen its doors on July 15.

Staff at the popular Balloch attraction have been hard at work throughout the lockdown to design and implement reopening measures that keep visitors and workers alike safe, whilst also looking after the marine life that call the venue home.

Tickets must be booked in advance to ensure that the number of visitors in at any one time remains at a safe level, whilst a phased entering scheme and floor markings will ensure that social distancing is observed - whilst ensuring that nobody misses out on any of the attractions on offer.

An enhanced cleaning programme and temperature check for staff and visitors on arrival will also be in place.

Kathryn Angel, General Manager for Sea Life Loch Lomond said: “We are really looking forward to welcoming guests back and as ever, the health and safety of our visitors and staff remains our number one priority.

“We’re utilising an extensive range of safety measures, designed to ensure a happy, safe and healthy experience for all. I’m sure after the extended lockdown, many families, particularly with younger children, will be in real need of escapism, entertainment and a way of making happy new memories with those they love.

“I know our team here in Sea Life Loch Lomond – plus our site’s aquatic residents – are all looking forward to offering just that.”
