The shocking moment a driver appears to throw rubbish out of their car window has been caught on camera.
Footage shared online shows what looks to be a takeaway drinks cup, plastic bags and fast food wrappers being dumped out of a white Vauxhall Insignia, in Wallasey.
The person in the car has been branded as "scruffy" , "scum" and "lazy" by those living nearby.

The video, which was posted on a Wirral Facebook group, has attracted a huge response.
More than one hundred people voiced their shock and disgust at the littering and have called for repercussions such as a fine to be issued.
It is unclear when the incident, which took place on Seaview Road, in Wallasey, near to the Shelter charity shop and Poseidon Greek restaurant, was recorded.
One resident said: "Goes to show, money really can’t buy manners! The scruff bag!"
Another commented: "Scruffy!!! Reg and report to council- Those little council cars that drive round in the day and fine people £60 on the spot."
A third said: "Scum of the earth." and another added: "So much littering, I for one am furious."
While another local commented: "I see it all the time, no respect, no brain cells, only sawdust between the ears....scum."
One viewer also mentioned that there is a bin not far from the place where the rubbish was dumped.
They said: "Lazy that is. There’s a bin not far."
Another said: "Tramps, find a bin" and "can afford a nice car but not a bin."
One local commented: "Well he’s been well brought up, NOT, should be ashamed."
