HANUMAKONDA: Athmakur police have registered a case against fourteen persons, including seven women, for an attack on local journalist on Saturday morning.
The accused had attacked the journalist following an article which was deemed to be critical of a legislator.
Based on the journalist’s complaint, police recorded as case under sections 143, 248, 290, and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and are currently investigating the case.
