Siri House, a multi-concept lifestyle space set in a 1950s house on Soi Somkid, will be showing The Gospel According To André, a documentary film by director Kate Novack, on Tuesday, June 11.

As a debut of Siri House's monthly film screening event, The Gospel According To André, first released in 2017, recounts the soul-stirring life of critically acclaimed US fashion journalist André Leon Talley, best known as former editor-at-large for Vogue.
The documentary traces Talley's roots back to his childhood in the United States' segregated South through to his groundbreaking presence in the fashion industry, including his iconic, barrier-breaking work at Women's Wear Daily, W and Vogue. This indispensable addition to the growing canon of fashion documentaries includes appearances by Anna Wintour, Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford, Bethann Hardison, Valentino and Manolo Blahnik.
Guests can expect to find an inspiring night of film and fashion among a crowd of like-minded people happy to partake in some casual post-screening discussion. There will be plenty of tasty cocktails on offer.
The screening will be held at 7pm at Jacqueline bar, located on the 2nd floor of Siri House in Soi Somkid, Phloenchit Road. Admission fee is 550 baht per person inclusive of one drink.
