Screaming Holly Willoughby storms off This Morning after Phillip's scary prank

Holly Willoughby stormed off This Morning today after Phillip Schofield's scary prank.

There was a spooky atmosphere in the studio ahead of Steve Wilson's segment on Halloween decorations.

Holly was worried that Steve was unaware of a ghoulish character stood behind him - but she had no idea her co-host was about to terrify her.

As Holly asked the Loose Women what was coming up in their show, Phil produced a skeleton hand from his sleeve and slowly moved it across her chest.

Holly abruptly stopped mid-sentence when she potted the hand and screamed: "What are you doing?"

Phil nearly fell over laughing while stunned Holly ran over to the side in fear.

With all the Loose Women giggling, Ruth said: "Gets her every time."

After being embarrassed, Holly jokingly stormed off away from Phil.

"Right, I'm coming to be a Loose Woman," said Holly as she left her co-host alone on camera.

Holly did return next to Phil's side after the Loose ladies had revealed what was coming up on the show.

Turning to her co-host, Holly asked: "What do you say?"

It seemed Phil had actually seen the error of his way and apologised to his friend with a "sorry".

After Holly thanked him for his apology, Phil cheekily added: "Well I'm not."

Things didn't get much better for Holly when she had to play with some Halloween-themed toys in the next segment.

This Morning viewers took to Twitter after the hilarious moment.

One viewer said: "Holly's like a child, terrified by every item to do with Halloween"

"For f***’s sake Holly - it's not real," added another.

*Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm
