Scrambler biker causes chaos during NHS Clap for Carers

Police are trying to track down a scrambler biker who is causing chaos during lockdown.

While people across the region stood on their doorsteps at 8pm on Thursday night, to Clap for Carers working on the front line, Lancashire Police said the yob was driving dangerously on pavements in Skelmersdale.

The force have been inundated with photos of the "nuisance", sent by residents in the area.

Posting on Facebook today, May 1, a spokesperson said: "lets get this person off the streets before they injure someone with their careless and dangerous driving."

They said: "Good morning everyone.

"Last night whilst everyone was being amazing and showing their support for the NHS, this nuisance was out on this bike causing issues yet again.

"We keep getting photos sent in of this individual. Please if you know who it is email me at 7572@lancashire.pnn.police.uk


"Somebody somewhere knows who it is, lets get this person off the streets before they injure someone with their careless and dangerous driving.

"The country is going through enough without this person driving dangerously on pavements across Skem."
