A scrambler bike rider has admitted killing a 26-year-old woman.
Daniel King pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving after colliding with Rebecca Cooke.
The 28-year-old was driving the scrambler bike on Court Hey Road in Huyton on March 1 when he collided with Ms Cooke, who sadly died four days after the crash.
Following the 26-year-old's death, King, of Nimrod Street, Walton, was arrested and charged.
King appeared in Liverpool Magistrates' Court on March 19, where he walked into the dock aided by crutches and wearing a cast.
He pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and driving while disqualified at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday.
King appeared over a video link before Judge Brian Cummings, QC, and was represented by Peter Killen.
The case was adjourned to allow for the preparation of a victim personal statement from Ms Cooke's parents and for a crash investigation report.

Addressing King Judge Cummings said he should expect a "substantial prison sentence".
King was remanded into custody until May 21 when he will appear to be sentenced.
