Scotty T declared bankrupt as ex-Geordie Shore star blows hundreds of thousands

Former Geordie Shore and Celebrity Big Brother winner Scotty T has been declared bankrupt

Real name Scott Timlin, Scotty , 31, shot to fame in 2012 when he first joined the MTV Geordie Shore cast in its fourth series.

He won CBB in 2016, and became the face of BoohooMAN.com in the same year.

He also appeared on Ex On The Beach, Aussie soap Neighbours, and presented Just Tattoo Of Us.

He was booted off Geordie Shore for "bad behaviour" in 2017.

Spears magazine estimates that at the height of his fame, Scotty was worth £630,000.

Footage seen by the Daily Mail appeared to show Scotty sniffing an unknown substance and later exposing himself to a female while filming Just Tattoo Of Us.

Last year, his own "entertainment activities" company, Scotty T Ltd, went bust owing creditors £182,983.

The company accounts showed he had fixed and current assets including savings and money owed to him of £192,960.

He recently pulled out of an MMA fight with Stephen Bear, with the arena already confirming there will be no ticket refunds.

They were due to clash at Newcastle's Utilita Arena this Saturday, but Scotty quit due to "unforeseen circumstances".

Public documents show the petition in regards to his own bankruptcy was filed last year before confirmed on March 19.

Bankruptcy restrictions are usually discharged after a year. However, an Insolvency Service official confirmed this would not be the case for Scotty T.

A spokesman said: "Scott Timlin did not fully co-operate with the bankruptcy proceedings and so his discharge has been suspended indefinitely until such time as he does."

The notice states Scotty has recently lived at an apartment in Waterloo Street, Newcastle, as well as on Moor Lane, a posh street in Ponteland, Northumberland.

MirrorOnline has reached out to a rep for Scotty for comment.
