Scottish rugby star loses hilarious coin toss with daughter forcing him to get glitter nails

A Scottish international rugby player lost a hilarious coin toss with his daughter forcing to get a manicure.

Gordon Reid let fate decide when his daughter asked him if they could go get their nails done together.

He promised if the coin landed on heads they would head to the nail salon , but if it was tails then he was off the hook.

The former Glasgow Warriors prop was left red faced and orange fingered after losing the flip and had to get them painted.

But the Northampton Saints star took the defeat well announcing ‘right we are getting our nails polished, we are getting a manny, let’s go.’

The 33-year-old from Irvine got labelled ‘dad goals’ and a major ‘legend’ after posting the experience on social media.

The schoolgirl can even be heard howling with laughter watching her dad get pampered by the beauticians.

He said on Twitter: “My daughter asked me if we can get our nails done, so I said let the coin decide.

“Heads we do it, tails we don’t… guess what it was.”

The footage raked in hundreds of likes with his followers quick to hail the rugby star for his actions.

One person said: “I love this so much. What a legend of a dad!”

Another replied: “Go daddy! Nails are fab guys.”

Someone else commented: “A proper dad, man and all round human being!!!”
