Scottish Premiership post-split fixtures confirmed in full

The SPFL have confirmed the post-split fixtures in the top flight.

League chiefs have released the details for the final five matchdays of the season.

The final 30 matches of the season will be played from the weekend of May 6/7 to May 28.

The top six fixtures will conclude on Saturday, May 27 with the bottom six coming to a close the following day on Sunday, May 28.

Celtic will have the chance to secure the Scottish Premiership title against Hearts at Tynecastle on Saturday, May 7 in one of five televised matches.

The final derby between Rangers and Celtic will be played in the second round of fixtures on Saturday, May 13 with a 12.30pm kick-off in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

Hibs against Rangers on Sunday, May 21, Rangers and Hearts on Wednesday, May 24 and Celtic at home to Aberdeen on Saturday, May 27 will all be broadcast live by Sky.

The final Edinburgh derby of the season will be played on the last weekend of the season at Tynecastle.

However, it appears no bottom six matches have been selected for TV coverage.

Calum Beattie, SPFL Chief Operating Officer, said: “We know there is always a great deal of interest around the publication of the post-split fixtures and I am pleased to be able to announce the fixtures and TV selections for the final phase of the cinch Premiership season today. There is still so much to play for and it promises to be a hugely exciting run-in.

“It’s a later finish to the season than normal because of the winter World Cup in Qatar so next season will begin a week later, with the group stage of the Viaplay Cup starting on July 15 and the 2023/24 League campaign getting under way on August 5.”
