Scottish man pronounced dead at scene after collapsing at bus station

A MAN has died after he collapsed at Dunfermline Bus Station on Monday afternoon.

Police were called around 5:30pm after the 70-year-old was seen to collapse.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, and officers are not treating the death as suspicious. 

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a report of a man collapsing at Dunfermline Bus Station on Queen Anne Street around 5.30pm on Monday, 17 October, 2022.

"A 70-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
