The Scottish Government is not currently publishing updated coronavirus statistics during the festive period.
Because Christmas and Boxing Day fell on the weekend, additional public holidays have been instated on Monday December 27 and Tuesday December 28.
And as civil servants, the Scottish Government and NHS staff responsible for updating the coronavirus figures are entitled to take the day off.
No coronavirus figures will be provided for the dates January 1 to January 4 for the same reason.
The most recent figures for Tayside cover up to December 23, when 423 new cases were reported in the 24 hours since the previous update.

In total, the region has recorded 57,842 cases of Covid-19 since the pandemic began.
Of the cases to date, 248 are officially recognised as being of the highly infectious Omicron variant.
And as of December 23, 770 deaths from Covid-19 have been recorded in Tayside, up one from the previous day.
The latest local vaccination data shows that 90.6% of the over-12 population have received at least one coronavirus vaccination, and 83.2% have received at least two.
Around 61.6% have also received a third vaccination.
Across the country, there have been 831,158 cases of Covid-19 to date as of Christmas Eve, of which 6,154 are the Omicron variant.
Preliminary statistics released by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon on Monday December 27 suggest that an additional 29,844 cases were recorded over the festive period.
Across three days, 8,252 cases were confirmed on Christmas Day, 11,030 were logged on Boxing Day and 10,562 were recorded on Monday.
And to date, 9,822 Scots have died after contracting coronavirus since the pandemic began.
Meanwhile, 91.4% of over-12s have received at least one Covid jab while 83.7% have received two.
Around 59.4% have also received follow-up booster shots.
It comes as new coronavirus restrictions have come into effect as fears grow over the spread of the Omicron variant across the country.
From Monday, nightclubs will be closed and hospitality businesses will need to return to offering only table service if serving alcohol.
Bars, restaurants and indoor leisure facilities such as gyms, theatres and museums will also have to reinstate one-metre social distancing regulations.
Caps were placed on large events indoor and outdoor from Boxing Day.
