The Scottish Government have confirmed six people have died from coronavirus in the last 24 hours,
The latest figures for Scotland showed 3,117 new cases had also been identified overnight. Test positivity is currently at 11.3 per cent.
There are currently 541 people in hospital confirmed to have the virus with 38 being treated in intensive care.
To date 4,363,074 people have received their first vaccination with 3,978,208 having a second jab, while 2,200,172 have received a third dose or booster.
The figures come as it's revealed people are being asked to limit socialising to three households in order to protect Christmas.
