The Scottish Government has confirmed that 17 people have died from coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
The latest figures for Scotland showed that 2,771 new cases had also been identified overnight.
There are currently 779 people in hospital confirmed to have the virus with 57 being treated in intensive care.
To date 4,331,574 people have received their first vaccination with 3,930,317 having a second jab.

The figures come as Nicola Sturgeon is to give an update on the current situation amid fears of restrictions being imposed.
The First Minister is expected to announce whether it will be necessary for rules to be tightened on the run up to Christmas.
It will be the first covid statement in two weeks due to COP26 climate change conference being held in Glasgow.
Meanwhile, Deputy First Minister John Swinney and Health Secretary Humza Yousaf will also provide updates on the vaccine passport scheme.
