The Scottish Government has confirmed that 11 people have died from coronavirus in the last 24 hours,
The latest figures for Scotland showed that 5,484 new cases had also been identified overnight.
There are currently 1,093 people in hospital confirmed to have the virus with 11 being treated in intensive care.
The total number of positive cases since the pandemic started stands at 1,374,798.
To date 4,434,404 people have received their first vaccination with 4,154,924 having a second jab and 3,419,928 have received a third dose or booster.
The figures come as a watchdog has reprimanded the Scottish Government and an NHS body over a key aspect of the vaccine passport policy.
The Information Commissioner’s Office said there had been a failure to provide “adequate” privacy info at the launch of the app central to the initiative.
Downloading an NHS app has been one way for people to prove their vaccination status to access venues such as nightclubs.
With progress made on combating covid, the vaccine passport policy will end on Monday.
In a blow for Ministers, the ICO said they received full details about how the app would use people’s data in September last year.
