The change means that pubs and restaurants will be able to stay open until midnight rather than having to close at 10pm.

Meanwhile, 15 people from 15 households will be able to gather together in larger groups outdoors with no requirement to socially distance in their group, although they must also keep a one metre gap from other groups.
A maximum of 200 people can now attend weddings and funerals and up to 2,000 people will be able to attend a seated event outdoors, with 1,000 allowed to go to outdoor standing events. However, indoor events will be capped at 400.
Additionally, fully vaccinated Scots arriving from amber list countries will be able to bypass rules on quarantine from but must still take a Covid-19 test before and after travel.
